1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Aliases iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. Beta status
The app is currently distributed only through Apple TestFlight as a pre-release beta. It may contain bugs, may lose data, and may stop working at any time without notice. Do not rely on it for mission-critical workflows.
3. License
The developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, solely for the purpose of testing or personal use.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse engineer the app (subject to mandatory exceptions allowed by law).
4. Your server, your data
The app interacts with a server that you, the user, control. The developer does not host or operate any backend for you. You are responsible for the lawful and proper operation of that server and for the content of the aliases you create.
5. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement
The standard Apple Licensed Application EULA also applies between you and Apple. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the more user-protective term prevails.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
The developer may revoke your access to the beta at any time, for any reason, including by removing you from the TestFlight group.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
