The fastest way to reach the developer is by email: aliases-98a67@ledez.net.
Please include the following so the issue can be reproduced quickly:
- The TestFlight build number you are on (Settings → Aliases → About, or in TestFlight).
- iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
- A short description of what you did, what you expected, and what you saw.
- Screenshots if applicable.
FAQ
The app shows "Sync failed"
Most often this means the device cannot reach the aliases server. Check:
- You have an internet connection.
- The server URL configured in the app is correct.
- The bundled client certificate is valid and not expired.
If the problem persists, send a screenshot of the error to the support email above.
How do I install the app?
The app is in closed TestFlight beta. You need:
- An invitation email or public link from the developer.
- The TestFlight app installed from the App Store.
- To open the invitation link on the device you want to install on.
How do I leave the beta?
Open TestFlight, select Aliases, then tap "Stop Testing". The app will be uninstalled. To rejoin later you'll need a fresh invitation.
I see "TestFlight build expired"
TestFlight builds expire 90 days after the upload date. If yours has expired, a new build is on the way — please wait for the next invitation email, or contact the developer to be re-invited.
I want my data removed
The app does not store any of your data on developer-controlled infrastructure. To remove everything:
- Uninstall the app from your device. SwiftData removes the local store.
- Remove any aliases on your own server through your usual admin tooling.
If you have emailed support and want those emails deleted, ask in a follow-up reply.
Known limitations of the current beta
- Single hardcoded server profile per build (no in-app server switcher yet).
- No alias deletion (by design — toggling off is the only way to deactivate; entries remain in the database).
- iPad layout shares the iPhone design; no split-view yet.
